Media Enquiries: Sikhosana Family, Restaurant Incidence

Media and the Public:

Johannesburg – The Sikhosana family would like to formally request that all media enquiries regarding the incident that took place at a family restaurant on the 4th of May 2024 be halted until the family issues an official statement.

We have contacted patrons who were at the restaurant on the day of the incident and had video recordings and images, instructing them to stop distributing the content and to remove it from all public platforms.

Sharing the video, images, or statements with the media or on public platforms would be considered as libel or defamation. Anyone violating this request to refrain from sharing information will be formally charged.

The Sikhosana family would like to remind the press of their right to reply before publishing any information and would like to retain that right until they are ready to make a formal statement.

Media inquiries or any requests relating to the matter must be forwarded to our family communicator and spokesperson.
